Welcome Zag fans
For the 17th time in school history the men’s basketball team ended the regular season as conference champions while three GU players were honored with post season accolades. These accomplishments would not be possible without your constant support and dedication. With your support and the hard work of our student athletes, Gonzaga basketball continues to be one of the nation’s premier programs. Thank you!

Drew transferred to Gonzaga last season after playing two seasons and then redshirting a third at the University of Memphis in his hometown. He became a long-range threat and ended the regular season averaging 6.6 ppg and 3.1 rpg. He shot better than 49 percent from the field, including 48 percent from 3-point range. His 55 3-pointers in the regular season were second on the team. He scored a career-high 17 points twice this season. He earned his undergraduate degree in three years at Memphis and will receive his master’s in organizational leadership this spring. He was nominated for the 2014 Allstate NABC and WBCA Good Works Teams® for his efforts on and off the court, and was a member of the 2014 WCC All-Academic team with his 3.77 post-graduate GPA.

Brian began his career as a member of Gonzaga’s rowing team and was a member of Gonzaga’s Club Basketball Team which finished third in the national tournament. He earned a spot on the roster through an open tryout last season. He’s the ultimate team player who saw action in 13 regularseason games this year. A crowd favorite, he hit a 3-pointer on Senior Night which brought the players to their feet and the crowd to a frenzy as he finished the regular season 2-for-2 from beyond the arc.

David was an invited walk-on, but he didn’t have far to walk coming from Spokane’s Gonzaga Prep. He had played in 131 career games heading in the WCC Tournament and was one of three players to start every regular-season game this year. He scored a career-high 21 points earlier this season against Santa Clara and handed out a career-high nine assists against Washington State. He ranks in the Gonzaga’s Top 10 for career assists and steals, following in the footsteps of another Stockton, his father, John. The Bulldogs had posted a 108-24 record in his four seasons entering this year’s WCC Tournament. He’s enrolled in Gonzaga’s master’s of organizational leadership program.
Sam has continued the recent dominance of Gonzaga big men, earning All-West Coast Conference honors this season. He had played in 130 games in a Bulldog uniform entering this year’s WCC Tournament. He ranks in the Top 30 in career scoring at Gonzaga and has grabbed more than 500 rebounds. He has been among the national leaders in field goal percentage this season, shooting better than 60 percent. He had seven double-doubles this season and eight in his career entering the WCC Tournament, and had career highs of 28 points and 17 rebounds during the regular season. He’s enrolled in Gonzaga’s master’s of organizational leadership program.
