TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original shore road allowance described as follows: That part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot E, Concession 20, Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on 35R-24898 (Morrison Lake). AND TO SELL that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot E, Concession 20, Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on 35R-24898, to the adjoining owner or owners of them. THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at the Gravenhurst Town Office, 3-5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016, at 5:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
