Never worry about missing a due date again!

The Town of Gravenhurst offers two types of pre-authorized payment plans:

The Installment Due Date Plan

• Your regular tax bill is mailed to you as usual, but the amount due is automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date.

The 11-Month Plan

• Amortize your taxes over 11 monthly payments instead of just 2. First monthly payment would begin November 30.

PREPARING FOR COOLER WEATHER Cooler temperatures are upon us and that means many people will be turning to their wood stoves or fireplaces for warmth. An improperly installed or maintained appliance of any sort can be dangerous, particularly if you heat with wood. Gravenhurst firefighters urge you to have your chimney inspected and cleaned regularly by a W.E.T.T. certified technician. If you are thinking about installing a wood stove, check with the building department as permits may be required to ensure a safe installation.

SIGN UP FOR AN EASY WAY TO PAY YOUR TAXES! • NO Special trips or line-ups • NO Postage • NO Cheques • NO late payment fees
