TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original shore road allowance described as follows: That part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 6, Concession 2, Township of Morrison, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 and Part 3 on 35R-26354 (Clearwater Lake) AND TO SELL that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 6, Concession 2, Township of Morrison, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 and Part 3 on 35R-26354 (Clearwater Lake). THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 5:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Members of the Public are strongly encouraged to make written submissions concerning the application prior to the Public meeting, directed to the address below. The Public Meeting will be held ELECTRONICALLY in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, and the Town’s Procedural By-law. Members of the public wishing to make oral submissions to Council may do so through Zoom. A link to the Zoom meetings and instructions on how to participate will be made available to the public prior to the meeting at: www.gravenhurst.ca.
