The Province of Ontario through its Celebrate Ontario program, has invested in many 2020 festivals and events despite their cancellation due to COVID-19. The Gravenhurst Opera House is grateful for the injection of $9, 462 toward their 2020 Muskoka Summer Theatre Season to help cover nonrecoverable expenses related to the season.

Robson has written books such as The Gown, Goodnight from London, Moonlight over Paris and will be discussing her newest book, Our Darkest Night. Thursday February 25, at 7pm. TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original shore road allowance described as follows: That part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 6, Concession 2, Township of Morrison, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 and Part 3 on 35R26354 (Clearwater Lake) AND TO SELL that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 6, Concession 2, Township of Morrison, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 and Part 3 on 35R-26354 (Clearwater Lake). THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 5:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Members of the Public are strongly encouraged to make written submissions concerning the application prior to the Public meeting, directed to the address below.
