PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original road allowance described as follows: That part of the original road allowance in front of Lot 20, Concession 7, in the geographic Township of Muskoka, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on 35R-26244 (Lake Muskoka) AND TO SELL that part of the original road allowance in front of Lot 20, Concession 7, in the geographic Township of Muskoka, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on 35R-26244, to the adjoining owner or owners of them. THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at Gravenhurst Municipal Office, 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 5:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Written submissions concerning the application may be directed to the address below. The Public Meeting will be held ELECTRONICALLY in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, and the Town’s Procedural By-law. Members of the public wishing to make oral submissions to Council may do so through Zoom.
