Delivery of Equipment and Materials: Due to the size of the areas being repaired, there will be significant amounts of materials and equipment required to complete the work. The Gonneau Building Group will inform any businesses that may be affected during the delivery times to ensure that there is minimal disruption.
The Town of Gravenhurst has tendered a contract for the replacement of portions of the Muskoka Wharf Boardwalk. The project includes the replacement of portions of the existing deck boards and underlying framework timbers.
The Contractor may need to temporarily block off certain parking spaces during the delivery times to ensure that public safety is maintained and that there is adequate room for the delivery vehicle to maneuver within the parking lot.
Traffic Impacts:

Construction Schedule: The start date for the project is Monday, March 26th
and is expected to last for approximately nine (9) weeks.
Staging Area: The Gonneau Building Group plans on utilizing a section of the parking lot located approximately halfway between Boston Pizza and Muskobillys Tap and Grill for the storage of their equipment and materials. There will be approximately four (4) large storage containers positioned in these parking stalls for the duration of the Contract. Despite the decrease in available parking for patrons access will be maintained to all area businesses. Our Mission:
