The core of the cylinder shaped element of the production unit is a mechanism that is formed along the z axis based on the stages of the olive process. Helicopters transfer the raw material and insert it at the top of the skyscraper. At this point, the processing of the olive fruit begins. People gain access to the skyscraper through a passage inside the cliff. Once they enter the building, they find themselves very close to the production unit. The cylindrical volume contains the olive production unit. Except from this cylindrical volume, there is also a system of smaller fragments which surround it and contain the educational-research center, as well as a residential complex with temporary dwellings for visitors and permanent housings for those who study or work there. These fragments are at a distance from the production unit and attach to it with bridges-passages.
