口 湖 と 金 湖 の 観 光 農 園 台 湾 雲 林 県 西 部 の 臨 海 で、北 から台 西、 四 湖 から口 湖まで の 地 形 は、住民によく 「堀 仔」 （khu t - á）と呼 ば れている窪地である。こ ういう理 由で、当 地 の 住 民 は 一 生 に 水 資 源 と離 れ な い 関 係 を 持っている。 「 堀 仔 」とい う窪 地 は、水 資 源 が 保てる大 事 な 地 形であ る。農 業、漁 業、養 殖 業、文 化、宗 教、生 活 習 慣 など、住 民 はこの 窪 地と深く関係がある。 言 い 換えると、水と「堀 仔」により、口 湖 の 格 別 の 産 業を作り出され た。 カキ、 台湾タイ、 カラスミ、馬 蹄 ハ マグリ、鰻、タマカイ、龍 鬚 菜 （ロンシューツァイ） 、 トマトなど、 全ては 「堀 仔 」で 水 の 潤 い を 受 かって成 長した ので あ る。これらの 農 漁 業 の 作 物 は 掘り出 されて い な い 宝 のように、わ れらを待っている。わ れらは、宝 を 掘り出 すような 感じで、これら の 最も新 鮮 な 食 材 を 出して、満 足させる料 理を作る。 うち は 提 案した テ ー マ「 堀 仔 で 宝 を 掘り ましょう」の 目 標 は、観 光 客 はここで 旅 行し ている時、 食と農 業 のセミナー、 体験ツアー、 観 覧 の ガ イド などの 活 動 に 通じて、農 漁 民 たち は 食 材 を 取る過 程 は、宝 を 掘るような 過 程であることを体 験でき、こういう食 材こ そ本 当 の 宝を理 解できるようになるのであ
KouHu and JinHu LOHAS Farming Area Along the western costal area of Yunlin county, north from Taihsi township, Sihu township to Kouhu township, are dotted with depression landscape called "Khut-á" which ties the lives of people along these coastal towns closely to the water. Water brings the locals income and wealth. Khut-á obtains water resources; it is crucial for farming, fishing, fish farming. The culture, religion and lifestyle are all intimately tied to water and Khut-á. Khut-á is what makes Kouhu s distinctive agricultural industries. The water of Khut-á cultivates clams, Taiwanese Tilapia, mullet roes, Geloina clams, eels, Brindle Basses, chayote leaves, and tomatoes. These produce and aquatic products are treasures waiting for us to cultivate from the nature s pantry. Come and savor the culinary delight of what Khut-á has to offer, it will surely satisfy every food lover s appetite. We especially tailor the Treasure Hunt in Khut-á tour for travelers who visit Kouhu to appreciate the amazing ingredients the Khut-á has to offer through a series of farming lessons, dipping their hands in harvesting. Mr. Li dedicated himself to the pursuit of democracy, freedom of speech and freedom of press. He also advocated for political human rights and established the 'Taiwan Tribune' newspaper.
