Dear Sir/Madame: The purpose of this letter is to explain you something that you almost know; you know you will help us but you don´t know in which task or what it will be like. You will be part of the board of directors that will evaluate our “Hard Rock Cafe” project. This task consists of making a whole construction project, including costs, the location, the possibilities, the decoration and the menus of the new HRC establishment. We will prepare a dossier to show you. It will be the one you will have to evaluate. So, the whole class would like to invite you to attend next Thursday the presentation of the different projects.
