Consists of remains from different layers, superimposed on a site, more or less altered and blurred over time.

An accumulative palimpsest is interpreted in this scence, project layers overlaps each other, there is the existing layer which is The Ten Arch Bridge and the soft undulating site.
The Second layer ( The Plaza ) is an addition which is the lefted horizantal mass where all the social events & activites accour, facing the ten arch bridge.
The Third Layer ( The Functional ) an industrial museum + Vocational school, which is represented with the masses above the plaza and with masses that interlocks with it.
The Fourth Layer ( The Joint ) is the core of this scene which interlocks the two functional programs togther - The Museum & VC School, it also contatins a two major layers the outdoor audiotorium above & the reception hall below.
