Although this work was steady, Theo knew that he could do more with his life. Namely, he wanted to build generational wealth so that he could pursue what he wanted to pursue.
Before moving to Florida, Theo was born and raised in Norway. When relocating to Gainesville at the age of 12, he learned the difficulties of moving through experience.

“I think growing up in Europe and moving around a lot has made me relatable to most people, and I am able to build relationships with the majority of the people I meet,” he explains. He also notes how rolling the dice on real estate has had other great benefits beyond the financial ones. “I also enjoy helping people, so this is a perfect conduit to help people while still working on my goals.”
“I started doing research on wealthy people and found that real estate was a common denominator for most wealthy people,” he elaborates. “I wanted to learn the process, so I could start purchasing more properties and build my own portfolio.” Theo lists his decision to quit his reliable 9-to-5 job and bet everything on a career in real estate in 2020 as one of Jacksonville Real Producers • 17
