Broker Spotlight ~ Orgest Lushnja
It’s an Eagles World
By Michelle Williamson
Eagles World Realty Inc. (EWR) is one of the fastest-growing independent real estate companies in Northeast Florida. They offer white-glove service — meeting their clients’ needs quickly and expertly. In the last few months alone, their 100% commission model has attracted 50 new agents.
The faces in the American crowd today include 14.6% of foreign nationals, a segment of the population that Eagles World Realty also serves. All of their agents speak multiple languages to best assist foreign nationals seeking to make a real estate purchase. “As foreign nationals ourselves, we ‘speak the language,’” says Orgest Lushnja, broker/owner of Eagles World Realty. The EWR team knows and understands their buyers’ needs, and they deliver knowledgeable service.
Teamwork and Shared Values
“We look for agents who both share our cultural values and are ready totake their business to the next level,” Orgest shares. When asked what cultural values are shared, he quickly responds, “Hard-working, organized and disciplined,” which are all critical skills to providing white-glove service. And that service begins with agent training.
Orgest believes empowering agents with the right tools and technology allows them to reach their full potential, and the entire EWR leadership team works tirelessly to make sure their agents succeed.
A critical component to Eagles World Realty’s agent training is their hands-on approach. “We provide more than a hotline for our agents’ questions,” Orgest explains. “Multiple brokers are available to assist agents immediately. We don’t have a hotline where agents call for an answer. We are available.”
EWR agents’ training program was developed by their leadership team, which includes Enis Qosja, a real estate broker with over 15 years of real estate knowledge and experience. “Owning brokerages of her own,” says Orgest, “Enis brings to Eagles World Realty a tremendous number of skills in team-building and retention, along with training agents to grow their real estate careers.”
Damaris Kruger, Eagles World’s talent acquisition specialist, joined the brokerage in 2019. Damaris is now taking her brokers course through Eagles World Real Estate School. She is a teacher by trade and bilingual both in English and Spanish. Her real estate career began in Miami in 2006, and now she enjoys teaching and motivating agents to grow and overcome obstacles.
Cristina Egana, EWR’s marketing director, is from Venezuela and isfluent in Spanish and English. As a bilingual marketing director, she focuses on helping agents implement a marketing strategy that raises brand awareness. She is passionate about giving each individual agent the tools they need to effectively promote their business.
“Our business thrives on honesty and on integrity, within a family environment,” Orgest says. “With over a decade of proven success, we are one of the few companies that offer oneon-one brokerage assistance, and we tailor training to each agent’s needs. Ultimately, we put more money into our agents’ pockets. We love helping our agents thrive.”
Eagles World’s service commitment extends to their partner relationships. A brokerage depends on its agents and its partners. Whether home inspections, financial institutions, insurance companies or others, Eagles World Realty seeks to partner with the best.
From Albania to Jacksonville Orgest moved from Albania to Jacksonville with his family in 1998. He met his wife, Lori, also from Albania, through family connections. They both worked in hospitality at Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra, where they grew closer.
The duo opened Eagles World Realty in 2013.
Orgest is quick to point out that Lori is Eagles World’s marketing and growth visionary; she developed their marketing tag, “Service you deserve with people you trust.” Her vision includes expanding Eagles World throughout Florida’s largest cities, a goal shared by Orgest.
At Home with Orgest and Lori
Lori and Orgest have two children, Belinda (Bella, 9) and Daniel (15), and a goldendoodle puppy, Rocky. Orgest prefers spending time at the beach with Bella and Rocky, while Lori and Daniel prefer boating. “But being together is our No. 1 goal, and together is our happy place,” he shares.
“We usually frequent new delicious restaurants and amazing events happening in the Nocatee area, where we live. We can navigate the area on our golf cart and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our passion is travel and real estate, and we try to incorporate both while having fun.”
Orgest’s favorite quote is one from Mother Teresa: “It is not about how much you do, but how much love you put into what you do, that counts.”
