Walking through the green market, surrounded by the earth's natural offerings and in the presence of a live pantone color wheel that grows from the ground, all I can think about is the piece of cashmere plaid that just arrived from Scotland. Porcini mushrooms sautéed with olive oil and sea salt over handmade linguini, shared with people of style: this is what Jay Kos is all about.  "I'm a self-proclaimed visual junkie: color and fabrics are my crack. Whether cooking or biking, I absorb all things beauty and it is in my store that I am able to share it with you.
