GAP CUSTOMER FEEDBACK & RECOGNITION 2/7/2012 Jeffrey Thomas received a WOW CALL! One of our customers called in to let us know about her great experience with Jeffrey. She said that Jeffrey was FANTASTIC! She said he was knowledgable, quick and friendly. 1/26/2012 Jeffrey Thomas received a WOW CALL! The customer said that Jeffrey’s customer service was excellent and he was extremely friendly. 12/21/2011 Jeffrey Thomas received yet another WOW call! A customer was having an issue with her package that she needed before Christmas and she was not going to get it in time. She said that Jeffrey did an excellent job finding a resolution for her that would make her and her family have a wonderful Christmas! 12/13/2011 Jeffrey Thomas received another WOW Call! One of our U.K. customers was having issues placing an order on our website. This was her first order with us and she was feeling very overwhelmed with the difficult experience she was having. She said that Jeffrey was so wonderful that he turned the negative experience into a positive experience! She said he did a wonderful job and he was very nice and efficient. 12/13/2011 Jeffrey Thomas received a WOW call! One of our customers called to let us know that Jeffrey was very kind and knowledgable. She said that Jeffrey was extremely friendly and had excellent customer service! 12/7/2011 Jeffrey Thomas received another WOW call! A first time Piperlime customer called in to let us know that she was very happy with Jeffrey’s customer service. She said that Jeffrey was very wonderful. Jeffrey took the time to find the item the customer was looking for and she said that he was just great! 11/29/2011 Jeffrey Thomas received a WOW CALL from one of our Old Navy customers. The customer said that

Jeffrey was wonderful and she was very impressed with his customer service skills. She said she will always be an Old Navy customer because of his wonderful skills! 11/5/2011 Jeffrey Thomas had another WOW call today! The customer said that she had called in two other times before Jeffrey and no one was able to help her. She said Jeffrey was wonderful, helpful and went above and beyond to resolve her issues. She said that Jeffrey was the best customer service rep she has had! 11/5/2011 Jeffrey Thomas received another WOW call! Our customer said that Jeffrey was very helpful and wonderful. She was very glad that she spoke to Jeffrey and he made her day! 11/5/2011 Jeffrey Thomas received a WOW call. One of our customers called to let us know that he had one of the greatest customer service experiences he has ever had. He said that Jeffrey was lively, upbeat and knowledgable. 8/20/2011 A Piperlime customer called in today to let us know that Jeffrey gave “exemplary” customer service. She said that she has dealt with our customer service reps before and has always received great service but wanted to pass on a compliment this time because Jeffrey really went above and beyond to give great shoe service, and this is the reason why she will keep coming backto be a Piperlime customer.
