Jazmin is a magazine for young women to teach them to love God and love themselves. Every female struggles with her image at one time or another. They compare themselves with the cover girls who appear perfect. They desire everyone's approval. They need to realize they are lovely inside and out. They should understand it is impossible to live up to their own expectations of perfect. They can discover the girls they thought were flawless on the covers of magazines look in the mirror and don't feel good enough either. The purpose of Jazmin Magazine is to relate to the reader, let her know she's not alone in whatever she may be going through and teach her to be a healthy woman in today's world regardless of the popular media. The pressure to be perfect is intense and this is why there are so many young women who struggle with eating disorders, abuse, cutting, etc. and we, as Jazmin staff, think something needs to be done.
