I have been doing meditation for years on and off, but this summer a friend asked me to join Deepak Chopra’s 21 Day Meditation Challenge. My cat Tarmo and I are continuing the practice together on a daily basis.
Google Hangouts meeting with our drama team. COVID-19 has forced us to get creative and develop this project in an online writers’ room.

I’m workshopping ideas with director Paavo Westerberg about a new series in development. I’m going through emails at home: Most of our work is remote these days, so it’s not unusual to to sit in front of the computer 14 hours in a row!

Sometimes I come to the empty offce just to use my standing desk and experience a more concrete transition ritual between work and free time.

constraints.

I end the day in a nearby forest with my son Vertti. They say a forest is the church for a Finn, which is very true: A daily walk in nature keeps you grounded and connected to something bigger.
