Holistic Theory + Approach Golden, Colorado

01

Fifth Year Thesis Project (In Progress) An approach to life through the connection of 3 parts: the mind, body and spirit. Through this technique known as holistic health, the 3 aforementioned elements focus on rehabilitation, relaxation and finding a state of equanimity. The study of therapy and counseling sessions yoga/meditative spaces massage therapy hydrotherapy How can architecture aid the user in the creation of a comfortable environment? How can movement and rhythm through the project create meaning out of the large programmatic spaces and help choreograph a path for individuals through transitional spaces? How can one use materiality to dictate programmatic spaces from one another or to evoke feeling through temperature-based conditions?
