Jewish Baby University Winter 2013: Jan. 6, 14, 27 and Feb. 4 $180/couple Rose Medical Center and the JCC Designed for expectant parents, this innovative program combines childbirth education with an exploration of the Jewish traditions and rituals connected with pregnancy, birth and parenting. Instructors Rabbi Jeffrey Kaye (Judaic) and Sue Geissler (prepared childbirth),lead this program created by the Colorado Agency for Jewish Education and co-sponsored by the JCC and Rose Medical Center.Participants will also join the Boot Camp for New Dads and Miracles and Mayhem classes to discuss the anticipated post-partum experience,communication skills, parental expectations and changing identities.

Dads Day: Pilot for a Day! Sunday, Nov. 11, 2:30—4:30 p.m. (Broncos play at 11 a.m.) Location: Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum, Lowry $15/Parent + 1 child; $4/add’l Child Enjoy a fun afternoon with your kids touring the museum,building balsa wood model planes, and“flying”kid-sized airplane replicas. Each child will also have the opportunity to sit in the cockpit of one of the planes in the museum, pilot of their own destination! Snacks included.
