With a post-boil gravity of 1.050, putting my brew house efficiency at 85% (woo!), this brew is well on its way. Pitched my yeast from the starter and within 6 hours, they formed a solid layer of krausen. 4 days in and those little yeasties are still going strong! I’m particularly excited for this one
