2024 BEST OF THE BEST
THE WINNERS & FINALISTS OF THE JEWELERS’ CHOICE AWARDS
CONGRATS ARE IN ORDER! The 2024 JCK Jewelers’ Choice Award winners are in, and they’re more spectacular than ever!
That goes triple for this year’s grand-prize winner, the $600,000 Celestial Diamond lariat by Los Angeles–based Rahaminov. A cascade of pearshape diamonds, the necklace culminates in two pear-shape stones, one yellow and the other white, that should give lovers of natural diamonds plenty to crow about.
The rest of the winning JCA entries are as diverse as the trade itself. From everyday pieces, like Gabriel & Co.’s classic-with-a-twist stackable ring (Mixed Metal, all price points), to gala-worthy statement styles, like Omi Privé’s mesmerizing tourmaline and diamond earrings (Best Earring, Over $30,000), the best-of-the-best pieces featured in these pages are a reflection of our industry’s extraordinary capabilities.
They’re also a shortcut to the trade’s most talented designers. Be sure to check out JCA newcomers such as Vanessa Fernández, whose Double Curva hoop earrings are a standout in the Pearls category, and German Kabirski, whose Geiger natural rough citrine and orange sapphire ring (Colored Stones, $2,500 and under) impressed the judges with its unusual styling and accessibility.
Speaking of judges, a huge shout-out to our stellar panel—composed of our esteemed editors (Amy Elliott, Karen Dybis, Brittany Siminitz, Melissa Bernardo, and yours truly) and five social media stars, including Hannah Becker (@diamondoodles), Severine Ferrari (@engagement101), Benjamin G. Guttery (@thirdcoastgems), Erica Silverglide (@gemologygeek), and Becky Stone (@diamondsinthelibrary).
Congratulations again—to Rahaminov for its grand-prize win, and to all the companies that participated this year. We salute you!
