Who We Are

The 50 Plus Program’s mission is to provide unique opportunities and lifelong memories that inspire a healthier community. 50 Plus has been serving the needs of the metro area’s active older adults since 1971 - that’s 52 years!

We encourage our sponsors to be involved at our events and mingle with participants, call a game of bingo, provide food or prize donations, or gift each participant with a special to-go goodie to further enhance your sponsorship. All provide direct relationship building opportunities and promote your business or services.

Live Well Age Well is an opportunity for residents of Johnson County and the greater metro to engage with businesses and organizations that serve aging adults and their loved ones. It offers vendors and screeners face to face interaction with this influential population. The free event features a vendor fair, health screenings, educational sessions, and prizes.

Event Partner - $3,000 (must be received by April 4, 2023, limited to one company)

• Opportunity for your company to provide an educational or informational presentation at the Live Well Age Well event.

• Organization marketing materials distributed in participant giveaway bags.

• Opportunity for company staff member to sit on event planning committee.

• Opportunity for your company to choose the location of your vendor table.

• Verbal recognition at the event for your company as “Event Partner.”

• Your company logo or name listed as “Event Partner” on all Live Well Age Well marketing materials.

• Sponsor Spotlight in one 50 Plus e-newsletter (8,500+ distribution) leading up to the event.

• Sponsor Spotlight on JCPRD 50 Plus social media page during the month of the event.

• Inclusion in email, sent post event, to 50 Plus e-newsletter database thanking sponsors and providing clickable links and information.

• Company commercial included in one 50 Plus e-newsletter pre-event and hosted on the event webpage through the end of 2023.

Event Sponsor - $1,000 (must be received by July 7, 2023, limited to five companies)

• Your company logo or name listed as “Event Sponsor” on all Live Well Age Well marketing materials.

• Organization marketing materials distributed in participant giveaway bags.

• Opportunity for your company to choose the location of your promotional table.

• Opportunity to speak at event (i.e. 2-3 minute presentation).

• Verbal recognition at the event for your company as “Event Sponsor.”

• Sponsor Spotlight in one 50 Plus e-newsletter (8,500+ distribution) leading up to the event.

• Sponsor Spotlight on JCPRD 50 Plus social media page during the month of the event.

• Inclusion in email, sent post event, to 50 Plus e-newsletter database thanking sponsors and providing clickable links and information.

Vendor Booth - $400 ($415 after July 7, 2023)

Nonprofit Vendor Booth - $350 ($365 after July 7,2023)

• Secures your company (1) booth space at the event to promote your product or service.

Screener Booth - $250 ($265 after July 7,2023)

• Secures your company (1) booth space at the event to promote your product or service. Screenings must be age related and offered the entire event.

*All Live Well Age Well booth options available for purchase May 16 - August 24, 2023.

Other opportunities (must be received by Aug. 24, 2023)

Available to those participating as a booth vendor or sponsor, not for individual purchase.

• Promotional Giveaway - $1,500 - Company logo on all event promotional giveaways.

• Company Commercial - $225 - Company commercial included in one 50 Plus e-newsletter pre-event and hosted on the event webpage through the end of 2023.

• Swag Bag Inclusion - $125 - Provide swag for event bags to be distributed to up to 300 registered participants. Swag may include but is not limited to: magnets, water bottles, coasters, hand sanitizer, etc). Print materials not included.

* A portion of all sponsorship dollars received support event and year-round department prize needs.

• Artwork should be outlined.

• File size not to exceed 5MB.

• Ad will be clickable and direct to sponsors desired link.

Explore 50 Plus is a bi-weekly publication. Ad artwork is due 10 days prior to run date. ExploreJCPRD is a monthly publication. Ad artwork will be due on the date(s) below for inclusion in the following months e-newsletter.
