Who’s Who in the Cast Kristen Alley (Alison Prager) is thrilled to be back at TIP for the first time since Sweeney Todd (2012). Some local credits include Baker’s Wife & The Witch (Into The Woods), Dionne (HAIR), and Mary Magdalene (Jesus Christ Superstar). Enjoy the show! Ruth Baum Bigus (Muriel) is glad to be back at TIP and with this great cast! A media/public relations professional with her own company, Ruth has performed across the metro including Starlight, Spinning Tree Theatre, the Barn Players, The White Theatre and OCTA. Remember-age is just a number! Millie Bell (Cougarette/Dance Captain) is thrilled to be back on the TIP stage for her 7th production. She’s performed with companies including New Theatre Dinner Restaurant and Starlight and recently choreographed two musicals at Olathe East HS. She

hopes you enjoy the wonderful experience of live theatre! Myles Benefield (Anthony) is so excited to be in his first TIP show!! Last year he was cast in All Shook Up and it was unfortunate that he couldn’t bring that show to life. Now hes ready to take on Half Time with such an amazing group of people! This show has taught him so much and he’s so thankful for this opportunity. Karen Blackmon (Cougarette) Karen’s passion for musical theatre led her to double major in MT and VP at Wichita State University. You might have just seen her grooving it out in Mamma Mia and is having a blast doing the same in Half Time…! Big thanks and love to her husband and daughters for encouraging her to audition and being her biggest cheerleaders. Darcie Hingula (Jenny) is excited to be back at TIP for her twelfth show! Darcie has performed at several other theaters in KC including the Coterie, Spinning Tree Theatre, KC Rep, and Musical Theatre Heritage. This fall she heads to NYU Tisch to study Musical Theatre. He’d like to thank Randy Schott and Liz Ernst for their guidance and patience. He is also deeply thankful to Jodi, Jacob, Joshua and Oliver, for all their love, support and encouragement! Sharon Johnson (Bea) This is Sharon’s 4th TITP show (last show, The Wiz). Sharon has performed with OCTA, Barn Players, Leawood, TCH, MLP and Gladstone TTIP. Sharon is a mom of 3, engineer/project manager and long distance runner. Love and peace! Abigail Knepper (Cougarette) is excited to make her TIP debut. She just graduated from MNU with a Theatre degree. Her favorite show she’s been in is Something Rotten! at The J. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support. Gaby Lucas (Camilla) is a native from Coatzacoalcos-Mexico and is currently living her dream-job as owner of HOUSE OF DANCE Studio in Olathe. She’s grateful to perform in her first TIP production and blessed to have Shaun, Anna & Andrea by her side. (Como No!) Kara Mason (Judith/Announcer/ Interviewer/Perky Female Host) is thrilled to be back for her 4th show at TIP! Previous shows include Spamalot

(2017), HSM 1 & 2 (2018), and Wizard of Oz (2019). Kara just graduated from Emporia State and will begin teaching Vocal Music in the fall. Enjoy! Nicole McCroskey (Tara) is thrilled to be back at TIP for her 13th season. She is an alumna of Miller Marley School of Dance and Voice. She works as a Copywriter for TMO, Marketing for Miller Marley & StageworX, & runs a photography business. She’d like to thank her friends & family for their continuous support during this journey. Sophia Pickett (Cougarette) is very excited to be performing her first show with TIP! Sophia is a Music Theater and Dance Major at WSU and a member of the WSU Dance Team. Joy Richardson (Joanne) is thrilled to premier this story in KC, after months of dark stages and isolation. Love and gratitude to Rob, Shelby, Miranda & JT and to Mom and Dad for all those lessons a FEW years ago. Enjoy! Karen Seaton (Fran) has a BFA in Dance from Wichita State. She moved here to perform at the Waldo Astoria and currently teaches tap and fitness classes. She sends much love to her kids, Haley, Joel, Natalie, and especially her husband Alan. Pam Sollars (Mae) is overjoyed to be doing LIVE theatre at TIP this summer. Favorite roles at TIP include Mrs. Lovett, Mrs. Paroo, Aunt Polly, and of course Rosie in this year’s Mamma Mia. Much love to family for their support this summer and Half Time Artistic Staff Cast & Crew. Tripp Starr (Hype Man/Yell Leader) is ecstatic to be back at TIP since his park debut in Joseph... in 2016. Since then Tripp has been in productions affiliated with the KCREP, MTKC, and The Culture House.


Elaine Watson (Kendra) is stoked to be back at TIP after Covid prohibited the performance of All Shook Up last season. She’s attending WSU as a Double Music Major this fall and is counting down the days! Instagram: @elaine.watsonnn Mycah Williams (Cougarette) is blessed for her debut performance with TIP. She graduated from Missouri Western State University. Her recents credits include Pinocchio as Blue Fairy/Isabella (MWSU). She thanks her family and friends for their continued support.

Who’s Who in the Orchestra John Burke (Trombone) is a mostlyretired software developer and stillactive college soccer referee. He also sings in the KC Symphony Chorus and plays in a jazz big band. Half Time is his 32nd show at TIP.

Kaytee Dietrich (Reed I) is glad to back playing in musicals which is one of her favorite things to do. She spends the rest of her time being a gamer girl. Enjoy the show! Andrea Rogers (Trumpet II) studied trumpet performance at William Jewell College, and currently plays with the KC Wind Symphony, the Northstar Band, and the Liberty Summer Band. Andrea loves musical theater and plays as often as she can. This is her fifth season playing at TIP. Deana Wagoner (Keyboard II) is thrilled to be playing this new show! She is also excited to be returning to an active pit musician schedule, performing with multiple theatre companies in the area, including The Barn, Metropolitan Ensemble Theatre, Spinning Tree and more. TIP Music Directing Credits: Frozen Jr.(2019), The Wizard of OZ (2019), In The Heights (2018), High School Musical 1&2 (2018), Avenue Q (2018), The Happy Elf (2017/2018), Joseph... Dreamcoat (2016). James teaches in the Blue Valley School District and also serves as the Artistic Director of the non-profit organization KC A Cappella. Thank you to the amazing cast and crew for their hard work as well as his family and friends for their support. Edward Poston (Conductor/ Accompanist) is a doctoral student at the University of Kansas studying church music and organ. A native of Clearfield, Utah, Edward holds master’s and bachelor degrees in music from

the University of Kansas and Brigham Young University-Idaho, respectively. He is music director and organist at Peace Lutheran Church in Raytown, MO. He’s recently played in Songs for a New Now! and The Wizard of Oz. This is his first show as both conductor/ pianist. Kylie Visocsky (Stage Manager) is elated to be back at TIP! Currently Production Manager for the Lansing School District. Previous: Drama Director – Lansing High School (2018-2020). Kylie recently graduated from the University of Saint Mary with a degree in English and a double minor in Theater and Music. She’s excited to be coming back to TIP this fall as ASM for The Full Monty. Thanks to Patrick for being her co-conspirator in the theatre. Enjoy the show!
