MAJOR COED TEAM COMPETITION

Dodgeball, Kickball, Pass Punt & Kick, Soccer Penalty Kick, Softball, Tug of War, Volleyball Points will be awarded to the top eight teams in each division, as follows:

1st place – 40 points 5th place – 16 points 2nd place – 32 points 6th place – 12 points 3rd place – 24 points 7th place – 8 points 4th place – 20 points 8th place – 4 points

TEAM COMPETITION

Basketball Skills Competition, Bowling, Fishing, Soccer, Team Weightlifting Points will be awarded to the top eight teams in each division, as follows:

1st place – 20 points 5th place – 8 points 2nd place – 16 points 6th place – 6 points 3rd place – 12 points 7th place – 4 points 4th place – 10 points 8th place – 2 points

INDIVIDuAL OR DOuBLES COMPETITION

Darts, Disc Golf, Golf, Horseshoes, Long Jump, Pickleball, Pool, Shot Put, Table Tennis, Tennis, Trap Shooting Points will be awarded to the top eight finishers in each division, as follows:

1st place – 10 points 5th place – 4 points 2nd place – 8 points 6th place – 3 points 3rd place – 6 points 7th place – 2 points 4th place – 5 points 8th place – 1 point

Points Awarded in the Event of a Tie

In the occurrence of a tie in any event, individuals or teams will equally split the total points available for the places they occupy in the final results of that event.

(Example: a 2-way tie for 2nd place; the two teams will split the total of the 2nd and 3rd place points available). MEDAL POINTS

Individual Bowling, Individual Weightlifting Medal points will be added to your company’s overall KCCC total, by division, as follows:

1st place – 3 points 2nd place – 2 points 3rd place – 1 point

TEAM DuATHLON

The Team Duathlon will be held as a single “meet” and will be scored by division. The top eight finishers in each division in the Team Duathlon will be awarded points toward your company’s Duathlon “Meet Points” as follows:

1st place – 20 points 5th place – 8 points 2nd place – 16 points 6th place – 6 points 3rd place – 12 points 7th place – 4 points 4th place – 10 points 8th place – 2 points

Additional points will be awarded to the top fifteen teams overall (not by division). These points will also go toward your company’s Duathlon “Meet Points” as follows:

1st place – 30 points 9th place – 14 points 2nd place – 28 points 10th place – 12 points 3rd place – 26 points 11th place – 10 points 4th place – 24 points 12th place – 8 point 5th place – 22 points 13th place – 6 points 6th place – 20 points 14th place – 4 points 7th place – 18 points 15th place – 2 points 8th place – 16 points

After “Meet Points” are accumulated from all finishers in the Duathlon Meets, company winners will be determined and points will be awarded, by division, to your overall KCCC total, as follows:

1st place – 40 points 7th place – 12 points 2nd place – 34 points 8th place – 10 points 3rd place – 28 points 9th place – 8 points 4th place – 24 points 10th place – 6 point 5th place – 20 points 11th place – 4 points 6th place – 16 points 12th place – 2 points

5K/BIKE RACE/HALF MARATHON

The 5K & Bike Race events will be scored as two separate “meets”. The 5K, Bike Race and Half Marathon events will be scored as three separate “meets.” The top eight finishers in each age group, by division, in the 5K, Bike Race and Half Marathon will be awarded points toward your company’s 5K, Bike Race and Half Marathon “Meet Points” as follows:

1st Place – 10 points 5th Place – 4 points 2nd Place – 8 points 6th Place – 3 points 3rd Place – 6 points 7th Place – 2 points 4th Place – 5 points 8th Place – 1 point

After “Meet Points” are accumulated from all finishers in the 5K, Bike Race and Half Marathon, company winners will be determined and points will be awarded, by division, to your overall KCCC total for each Meet as follows:

TRACK AND SWIM MEETS

The top eight finishers for individual events (by division) within the Track and Swim Meets will be awarded points toward your company’s Track or Swim “Meet Points” as follows:

1st place – 10 points 5th place – 4 points 2nd place – 8 points 6th place – 3 points 3rd place – 6 points 7th place – 2 points 4th place – 5 points 8th place – 1 point

The top eight finishers for relays (by division) within the Track and Swim Meets will be awarded points toward your company’s Track or Swim “Meet Points” as follows:

1st place – 20 points 5th place – 8 points 2nd place – 16 points 6th place – 6 points 3rd place – 12 points 7th place – 4 points 4th place – 10 points 8th place – 2 points

Additional “bonus points” will be added to your Track and Swim “Meet Points” for the top eight finishers in each age group (not by division), in all individual track and swim events, as follows:

1st place – 10 points 5th place – 4 points 2nd place – 8 points 6th place – 3 points 3rd place – 6 points 7th place – 2 points 4th place – 5 points 8th place – 1 point

Additional “bonus points” will be added to your Track and Swim “Meet Points” for the top eight teams overall in each relay (not by division), in the track and swim meets, as follows:

1st place – 20 points 5th place – 8 points 2nd place – 16 points 6th place – 6 points 3rd place – 12 points 7th place – 4 points 4th place – 10 points 8th place – 2 points

Based on your company’s total “Track Meet Points”, or “Swim Meet Points”, points will then be awarded (by division) to your company’s overall KCCC Total for Track and Swimming, as follows:

1st place – 80 points 9th place – 20 points 2nd place – 70 points 10th place – 16 points 3rd place – 60 points 11th place – 12 points 4th place – 52 points 12th place – 10 points 5th place – 44 points 13th place – 8 points 6th place – 36 points 14th place – 6 points 7th place – 30 points 15th place – 4 points 8th place – 24 points 16th place – 2 points

WALKING POINTS

The KCCC Walk is for participation only. No medals will be awarded, but each legal participant will receive one point for completing the mile course, with a maximum number of points allowed per company. Point maximums are as follows:

division a – 30 points division B – 28 points division C – 26 points division d – 22 points

PARTICIPATION POINTS

The KCCC will award participation points for all competitors in the Games. To receive participation points, competitors must complete the event. Participants will receive one participation point for each event in which they compete, except in track and swimming, where participants will receive a maximum of one participation point for all individual track events and a maximum of one participation point for all individual swimming events. Relays are worth 4 participation points. Participation points for larger team events listed below will be awarded as follows (regardless of the number on the team roster):

softball – 12 points tug-of-War – 10 points Kickball – 8 points dodgeball – 6 points volleyball – 6 points

All Participation Points will be added to your company’s overall KCCC Total.

PENALTy POINTS

PenaLtY Points WiLL not Be assessed in 2021.

To ensure the health and safety of all participants, please do not attend events if not feeling well.

VOLuNTEER POINTS

One point will be awarded for each volunteer who assists with the Games, up to the maximum requested of your company by the KCCC. One point will be deducted for each volunteer who does not show up for their assigned event.
