Renée Blinn (Chiffon) is thrilled to be returning to the indoor black box here at TIP, last seen this past summer on their outdoor stage as Vi Moore in their production of Footloose. Getting cast in this show has been 20 years in the making and getting to sing these harmonies with these fierce humans has been a dream come true.

Sergio Guerra (Ensemble) is excited to kickoff his first show with TIP! Recent credits in KC include Alex in FRIDA LIBRE (BCP Educational Tour), Robert in PLAYING ON THE PERIPHERY (Whim Productions), and Zebulun/ Ensemble in JOSEPH (The White Theatre).
Maggie Hutchison (Audrey) is excited to return to TIP as Audrey! Recent KC credits include Martha in The Secret Garden (MTH), and Karen in Spongebob (Coterie). Her last Park appearance was as Cyndi Gibson in Back to the 80s! Maggie holds a Bachelor’s in Musical Theatre from Belmont University and is a proud graduate of St. Teresa’s Academy. Thanks always to my friends and family!
Taylor Kaschke (Ronnette) is thrilled to be making her TIP debut! A metro St. Louis native, her previous roles have included Narrator (Joseph…), Amber (Hairspray), Doralee (9 to 5), Charity (Sweet Charity), and Miss Hannigan (Annie).
Jasmine Lowe (Crystal) enjoys her favorite musical roles when she isn’t teaching high school science, singing at church, or cooking with family. She appeared, most recently as Deloris in Sister Act at GTIP. Jasmine is excited to be cast in her first show at Theatre in the Park!
Lewis Morrow (Audrey II) is an actor/playwright from Kansas City, KS and the Director of New Play Development at KC Melting Pot Theatre. His book Black Matters was published in 2022.
Scott Salem (Orin) is beyond excited to be a part of this incredible show! He would like to thank his family for their undying support. Enjoy a wild ride, and don’t feed the plants!
Who’s Who in the Orchestra
Luke Paulson (Drums) is an instrumental music major at Kansas City Community College and is the drummer for the KCCC Jazz program. He has played in big band, combo jazz, and rock groups. This is his first TIP show and his first musical ever!
Who’s Who on the Production Team
Tara Burgat (Choreographer) is a choreographer, collaborator, and performer enthusiastic about storied performance in any genre, especially Musical Theatre. She is on staff at Kansas City Ballet School and choreographs for various organizations around Kansas City, soon to include her own! She is thankful to be back this season with the TIP team bringing this show to life! Major thanks goes to her family for all the support to be a working mom in performing arts!

Ile Haggins (Director) is thrilled to return to TIP after a 30-year hiatus! Over the years Ile has directed or worked on dozens of productions. She feels fortunate to have worked with many talented artists through KCAT, KC Melting Pot Theatre, The Barn Players (where she is also on the board of directors), The Black Repertory Theatre of KC, Whim Productions, and KC Fringe Festival. Upcoming projects include Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf at KC Melting Pot. She is grateful to friends and family for a lifetime of love and support.
Lynn King (Stage Manager) is a native of Kansas City, Kansas and has been
performing for Kansas City audiences for over 30 years. She received her MFA in Acting/Directing from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and has regional and national credits in theatre, commercials, and film. She is delighted to be working for Theatre in the Park Indoor for the first time with this talented cast and crew.
Grant Martin (Asst. Stage Manager) is beyond thrilled to be doing Little Shop here at TIP. Grant has been involved in many productions throughout KS. Most recently costume designing Is He Dead At OCTA. Special Thanks to the production team and his Dad. @musicalgrant88
Lacey Pacheco (Props Designer/ Coordinator) is a Kansas City native and jill-of-all-trades. She graduated
from Missouri State University with a BFA in Technical Theater with an Emphasis in Technical Direction. Lacey has worked around the Kansas City area predominantly as a production stage manager, but enjoys designing lights, sound, and especially props when the opportunity arises. Many thanks to all those who say “Yes,” when props designers ask “Can I borrow/rent/buy that?”
Molly Reilly (Costume Designer/ Coordinator) is a 25 year old Overland Park native who grew up seeing Theater In The Park shows, and couldn’t be more thrilled to be their costume designer for her first professional job! She is grateful to her partner Skylar Shaw for assisting, her roommates for their enthusiasm, and to her family for supporting her career thus far.
Ty Tuttle (Music Director/Conductor/ Accompanist) is a KC based pianist and musical director. He received his Master’s degree in Vocal Coaching and Accompanying from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign. Recent credits: A Chorus Line, Secret Garden, Titanic (MTH), Legally Blonde (Starlight Theatre), Meet Me in St. Louis (TIP), Ordinary Days (Krannert Center for the Performing Arts.) Little Shop was his first musical, and Ty is very grateful to come full circle back on Skid Row. Thanks to everyone who made this production possible!
