Who’s Who in the Cast Eli Aikman (Zack) is very excited to be making his TIP debut as the role of Zack! He has worked on and off stage in the past. Eli will be a freshman at SMN in the fall. He hopes you enjoy the show! Whitney Armstrong (Bob/Mrs. Turner/ Ms. Macapugay) returns for her 14th on-stage production here at TIP. But enough about Whitney…she knows you’re here for these talented kids. As you should be. Just sit back and allow them to rock your faces off. Then get their autographs. Louisa Bartlett (Summer) is excited to be back at TIP! Recent credits: KCREP (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof-Dixie Pollitt), KCREP (A Christmas Carol-Tiny Tim), White Theatre (Annie-Pepper). Louisa is also a Miller Marley Entertainer and will see you again in SpongeBob! Sarah Bezek (Ms. Travis/Jess) is excited to rock on the TIP stage again! She was last seen onstage as the ill-fated stage manager “Johnny” in Curtains. She also stays busy choreographing, teaching, stage managing, and more! Love and thanks to husband, Nathan!!!! Mia Cabrera (Tomika) is so excited to return to TIP this summer! 15 years old and a junior at BVSW. Mia has been seen as Matilda and Flounder at TIP. Mia is part of KC Accapella and SRPA Vocalocity. @miacabreradavila Emma Cahoone (Patty) is thrilled to be on the TIP stage for the first time! This is her first musical since her time as a theatre major at Sterling, she’s ready to perform again! Emma would like to thank her husband for supporting her always. Viviana Carias (Madison) This will be Viviana’s debut with TIP. Other roles she’s played include: Lavender

(Matilda), Dorothy (Wizard of Oz) and many more. Viví would like to thank God for this amazing opportunity, and her parents for supporting her always. Courtney Ellis (Ms. Hamilton/Emo II) is excited to be a part of School of Rock with TIP. As a new KC resident from the small town of Hays, KS, the TIP production will be her first musical in the KC area. She is currently in the film production Nelly Don; the Movie Musical as Kathryn (Donnette). @Courtney.d.Ellis Isabella Fugazzotto (Katie) An avid singer, musician, and dancer, Isabella has been in two Virtual Performers casts, and performed in numerous Irish Dance exhibitions across Kansas City. Isabella is thrilled to be a part of her first Theater in the Park show! Alyson Golladay (Rosalie) This is Alyson’s 9th production at TIP. She was last seen as the Homeless Lady in a New Brain. Alyson teaches elementary music. She is excited to work on the administrative side, if only she also got the pay bump! Enjoy as these Amazingly talented kids and this incredible cast blow your faces off! Ava Greenberg (Freddy) is 17 years old and this is her first show at TIP. This is her second time playing the role of Freddie in School of Rock. Ava would like to thank her friends, teachers and family for all of their love and support! Jenny Hines (Ms. Scheinkopf) is thrilled to return to TIP for a second year! She made her TIP debut last year as Dorothy/Dottie in Halftime-Gotta Dance, and has loved being part of The Full Monty, Memphis, and The Odd Couple. Favorite TIP roles: Willard (Footloose 2007), Cowardly Lion (Oz 2009 and 2019), Emmitt (Legally Blonde 2012), Sebastian (Little Mermaid 2018). Much love to “It’s a...” and especially his leading ladies, Celia, Tenley and Piper! Jacob Valle (Doug/Mr. Williams/Mr. Janes) is thrilled to join his first TIP show! His other appearances have been on the Coterie stage, as well as Silent Sky at Summit Theater Group. His day job is an Activity Director for seniors, callin’ bingo, baby.

Mark Felton (Guitar II) Guitarist Mark Felton has been a regular in the Blue Valley Baptist Church praise band for the past 23 years. School of Rock is his fourth musical, having played Bring It On, Mamma Mia, and Godspell. Kevin Haney (Guitar I) This will be Kevin’s third season playing guitar for Theatre in the Park having played for Mamma Mia and Matilda. He lives in Olathe with his family and has played guitar professionally for 20+ years.

Colvin Hooser (Guitar III) Colvin’s musical journey spans from Grammy award winners, to the Andy Williams Band, to American Idol Top Ten Finalists and too many musicals to count. Colvin has a Master of Music Degree and is an instructor for Barton Community College. Jack Renfrow (Keyboard II) is so excited to be a part of the School of Rock pit and play in his first show with Theater in the Park! He will attend UCM in the fall to pursue a degree in music.

Who’s Who on the Production Team Don Arnott (Stage Manager) Recently retired and enjoying every minute! Also, recently became Executive Director of Stageworx, a Not for Profit Theatre camp. It has been a pleasure to work with Kacy, Marsha, and Blake and the entire staff and an incredibly talented cast. Shout out to Mike Peterson and Katie for all of their help! Our family tradition lives on. In addition to working with Mike (sonin-law), I am getting to do a show with Ryan and Abby (2 of my 8, soon to be 9 grandkids) and Mishi (son-in-law). Other Stage Management credits include Disney’s Frozen Jr., Once the Musical, Rent, Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, and Ragtime. Love you, Babe! I hope you enjoy the show. Stick to the Man! Jayson Chandley (Lighting Designer) is excited to be back as the Resident Lighting Designer for Theatre in the Park’s 2022 season. Having previously been the season designer for the summer shows in 2016, he’s gone on to design many of the indoor shows at Arts & Heritage Center as well. For the past 5 years, he has been a technical designer for Cedar Fair Amusement Parks designing and implementing technical aspects of festivals, experiences, and shows for theme parks across the nation. This summer he will travel to California’s Great America & Valley Fair to install a new “Trick’s and Treats Festival” for 2022. Other technical highlights include designing over 30 productions of the White Theatre at the Jewish Community Center; Shrek, Mary Poppins, and many other shows here at the Park; Fiddler on the Roof, Merideth Wilson’s The Music Man, for Kansas City Starlight; Eating Raoul, Debbie Does Dallas, The Last 5 Years, Disgracefully Yours, Rocky Horror 2006, Hedwig & The Angry Inch for Eubank/Egads Productions; A Christmas Spectacular, How to Succeed... for Musical Theatre Heritage; and Lighting Designs for Magician Ed Alonzo from TV’s ‘Saved by the Bell’;

as well as many other projects both regionally and at home. He is very grateful to the amazing people he has the pleasure of working with every day, who bring their astounding talents to the theatre. Much love goes out to his Mother for her unconditional support, dedication, and continued nagging of everyday things – as any good Mother should do! Kacy Christensen (Director/ Choreographer) is ecstatic to be directing and choreographing School of Rock this summer; he directed/ choreographed Curtains last year and had a wonderful time. Choreography credits: Annie, Anything Goes, Cabaret, Mary Poppins, Peter Pan, Shrek, The Wiz, Adventures of Tom Sawyer. This year marks Kacy’s 20th season choreographing competitive showchoir, winning awards for Best Show Design, Best Choreography and Grand Champion. By day, Kacy is a Physical Therapist Assistant at St Luke’s Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Sit back and get ready to ROCK! Mike Peterson (Asst. Stage Manager) is thrilled to return backstage at TIP for this ROCKIN’ show! He’s thankful to be a part of a show with his children (Abby and Ryan) and working directly with his father-in-law, Don. Much love to Sarah and Luke! Ben Renfrow (Asst. Choreographer) is so excited to be assistant choreographing School of Rock this summer at TIP! Ben lives in Warrensburg Missouri and has grown up training in dance, music, and theater at Center Stage Academy of the Perfroming Arts. Ben has always enjoyed performing in the Overland Park area including playing Micheal Banks in Mary Poppins at Theater In the Park, but has loved getting to take on this show from the other side.


Scotty Wiggins (Costume Designer/ Coordinator) relocated to Kansas City 3 years ago after living in NYC for many years. While there he worked for a professional costume house and feels lucky to have spent those years working on Broadway Shows, National Tours, Circuses, Rock Concerts, Theme Parks and much more. This fall Scotty will be starting his fourth year as Adjunct Professor and Costume Designer for The Performing Arts Dept. at William Jewell College. Abby Wolff Smith (Props Designer/ Coordinator) is thrilled to be back working at the Park! She is a graduate student at Texas Tech pursuing an MA in Theatre Arts. Recent credits include Heathers (Faust Theatre- Prop Design) Disaster! The Musical (RCCP- Ben/ Lisa & Choreographer), Beauty and the Beast Jr. (RCCP-Director). When not working on a show, you can usually find her doodling in a coffee shop or writing screenplays with her husband. 1 Timothy 4:12
