Who’s Who in the Cast Anna Avery (Ensemble) is a senior at KU studying Journalism and Theatre. She’s been performing around KC her whole life and was last seen at TIP as Ali in Mamma Mia! She thanks friends, family, and professors for their support! @theannaavery Lane Barrette (Ensemble) is going to be a senior at KU in the fall, studying Political Science and Theatre. He is excited for his second show at TIP and hopes this show slays. Julianna Bowles (Ramona Merengue/ Ensemble) is excited to be in her first TIP musical! She is so grateful to be working with such a talented cast and would like to thank her family for their love and support. Kalista Brown (Ensemble) is ecstatic for her first show at TIP! Kalista has performed around Kansas City for the last 15 years. She will be a freshman at the University of Arkansas in the fall majoring in Choral Music Education. Luke Gilmore (Motorwise Guy/ Ensemble) is stoked to return to TIP for Zombie Prom! His recent KC credits include Half Time and Sweeney Todd. Who’s Who in the Orchestra Jimmy Bloomquist (Guitar) lives in Lawrence with his wife and 4-yearold son. He performs often locally on guitar, as well as trombone, for theater productions, as well as in churches and with singer-songwriters and bar bands. This is his fourth TIP appearance. John Gilmore (Drums) is a veteran of many shows, playing drumset and percussion, and is excited to be playing Zombie Prom! A proud husband and father of two little ones, he loves being able to contribute to live theatre whenever possible. Colvin Hooser (Bass) Colvin’s musical journey spans from Grammy award winners, to the Andy Williams Band, to American Idol Top Ten Finalists and too many musicals to count. Colvin has a Master of Music Degree and is an instructor for Barton Community College. Sandi Meo (Accompanist) hails from St Louis, MO originally but has lived in the KC area for the last 20 plus years. This is Sandi’s first performance at Theater in the Park but has accompanied the pit in several shows at local area schools. She plays the piano wherever one is available! Sandi owns her own private piano instruction studio in Shawnee where she teaches 30 plus students a week. She lives in Shawnee with her daughter and her dog, Percy.

Deana Wagoner (Synth) returns to the Park for her second show of this season! She has a busy schedule, playing in pit bands around the area as well as Principal Flute in Medical Arts Symphony and Keyboardist/Arranger for Canto Chorale.

Who’s Who on the Production Team Jayson Chandley (Lighting Designer) is excited to be back as the Resident Lighting Designer for Theatre in the Park’s 2022 season. Having previously been the season designer for the summer shows in 2016, he’s gone on to design many of the indoor shows at Arts & Heritage Center as well. For the past 5 years, he has been a technical designer for Cedar Fair Amusement Parks designing and implementing technical aspects of festivals, experiences, and shows for theme parks across the nation. This summer he will travel to California’s Great America & Valley Fair to install a new “Trick’s and Treats Festival” for 2022. Other technical highlights include designing over 30 productions of the White Theatre at the Jewish Community Center; Shrek, Mary Poppins, and many other shows here at the Park; Fiddler on the Roof, Merideth Wilson’s The Music Man, for Kansas City Starlight; Eating Raoul, Debbie Does Dallas, The Last 5 Years, Disgracefully Yours, Rocky Horror 2006, Hedwig & The Angry Inch for Eubank/Egads Productions; A Christmas Spectacular, How to Succeed... for Musical Theatre Heritage; and Lighting Designs for Magician Ed Alonzo from TV’s ‘Saved by the Bell’; as well as many other projects both

Mandy Dulny (Choreographer) is overjoyed to be choreographing Zombie Prom after performing in multiple past TIP productions. Mandy is a recent graduate of Millikin University, where she choreographed Violet, She Loves Me, Songs For A New World and Marísol. Other choreography credits include Hairspray, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown and Thoroughly Modern Millie. She has also performed at Starlight, The White Theatre, New Theatre, American Heartland and others. Thanks to Miller Marley, her parents, Zach and friends. Guy Gardner (Props Designer/ Coordinator) is a freelance Entertainment and Event professional based in Kansas City. He’s thrilled to help this amazing team on his absolute favorite musical. Emily Heflin (Asst. Stage Manager) is super excited for her first show with TIP (whoop!)! She’s been heavily involved in Olathe West’s theatre program on both the tech and acting side, but this will be her first time as an ASM (double whoop!). This role has been a learning experience, and she would like to thank the amazing production team and cast, and her friends and family for supporting her throughout the process. Shoutout to Prombie Zom and Zombie!! Caty Jessee (Stage Manager) is thrilled to be part of her first show with TIP after stage managing shows at The Culture House for the last five years. She feels very lucky that she got to work with such an incredible allfemale team! She would like to thank her family, friends, and Guy for being patient and supporting her throughout the show process. Thank you to her “Framily” for keeping her grounded, sane and constantly supporting her dreams. “I love you deeply and dearly!” Emily Vargo (Director) This is Emily’s first show in the director’s seat at TIP. She was last seen on stage this season as Portia in Something Rotten. While normally on stage, Emily couldn’t wait to shift gears for such a fun and creative show. When not performing, Emily teaches kindergarten in North Kansas City... which is pretty much the same thing as performing. She is so thankful to bring ZP to life with an amazing ALL FEMALE team and people who were so collaborative and kind. Arwen White (Costume Designer/ Coordinator) Kansas City based costume designer Arwen White has designed theatrically on productions including Tartuffe - Landlocked Opera, Wicked Creatures - Confluence Theatre, Something Rotten!, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Peter Pan - The White Theatre, Tiny Beautiful Things, Our Black Death, Lifespan of a Fact, Who’s Your Baghdaddy…, The Revolutionists, Sweat - Unicorn Theatre, Chainsaw - Living Room Theatre, Gruesome Playground Injuries -Fishtank Theatre.
