Existing Lease Review: After a preliminary review of the lease data provided, we believe MUSC has done a good job negotiating new leases with third parties. We only found two locations in Charleston where we believe there may be room for savings. Those two locations are 1113 Park West Blvd. and 1180 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. We believe there is potentially a ± $15,000 annual savings for both of these sites. 8
