We have partnered with Other Today to design, deliver and a build the very best workshop classes and courses to support each maker

Creative industries are the fastest growing sector of the economy growing by 10% in a year - The 11,620 businesses involved in the craft industries generate nearly ÂŁ1.9bn in turnover in the UK.

Market Size Traction

The demand for creative space is high with 95% of spaces in London occupied and nearly 14,000 places on waiting lists between only 27 site providers. There is no decline in the demand from creatives for space

Future Growth – Projections With expected membership to run at 300 occupants during maturity for each SHED[space] we can expect £250,000 net profit a year

With a BEP of 100 members in Year 1 - we will breaking even in 7 months

Once we work in one London Borough we plan to expand to create a large network of communities across other boroughs and cities

Our plan is to mature quickly. Our business plan shows we plan to open a second space in 3 years time
