La storia di Nalini è il racconto di una passione, quella di Vincenzo e Claudio Mantovani, che attraversa la storia del ciclismo, sia per quanto riguarda le innovazioni di prodotto sia per la presenza costante nel mondo delle corse, a fianco dei team e dei campioni più importanti. Dagli esordi fino alle più recenti vittorie, Nalini ha saputo rinnovarsi pur restando fedele alla sua storia e alla sua originaria ed autentica passione. Autentica, perché reale e concreta, sorretta da una struttura produttiva ormai unica nel suo genere, in grado di presidiare tutte le fasi della lavorazione. Autentica, perché in grado di produrre capi essenziali, originali, preferiti dagli atleti e dai ciclisti più esigenti. Autentica, infine, perché fatta di persone autentiche, veri appassionati, che sanno affiancare alla tecnologia e all’innovazione costante l’human touch, il tocco caldo e senza tempo della mano dell’uomo.
The history of Nalini is focused on the passion of Vincenzo and Claudio Mantovani. A passion that goes through the history of Cyclism both in terms of products innovations and of building strong partnerships with the most important professional teams and champions. From its debut till the most recent victories, Nalini has been able to renew itself but always hanging to its history and to its original and Authentic passion. It is Authentic because it is real and concrete, moreover supported by an unique production structure, a totally vertical enterprise which is able to supervise the entire production cycle. It is Authentic because it is able to produce essential, real original cycle garments, chosen by the most demending athletes and cyclists. Finally, it is authentic because the product is made by passionate, dedicated workers who are able to combine the technology and constant improvement to the warm and timeless human touch.

Tutti i capi Nalini sono sviluppati in Italia da Moa Sport che presiede ad ogni fase del processo: dal design e dalla filatura e lavorazione dei tessuti fino al capo finito. Dietro a questo c’è l’esperienza acquisita in oltre 40 anni di lavoro a fianco dei ciclisti professionisti di ieri e di oggi, e la ricerca costante di Moa Lab, il laboratorio tecnologico in grado di concepire soluzioni tecniche sempre più performanti e innovative. Moa Lab rappresenta il vero cervello dell’azienda, che razionalizza gli input dei ciclisti professionisti e li adatta alla produzione su scala industriale, sviluppando concetti e tecnologie che ispirano e caratterizzano le collezioni. L’attenzione alla qualità del prodotto finito parte dalla scelta dei filati e dalla esperienza nel creare internamente tessuti che per struttura, peso, composizione ed elasticità meglio si adattano alle esigenze del ciclismo. Un intero reparto dedicato alla tessitura fa di Moa Sport un raro esempio di produzione integrata al servizio della performance sportiva. Il costante investimento in impianti all’avanguardia permette di offrire tessuti frutto delle tecnologie più aggiornate, sempre nel rispetto del minore impatto ambientale, come attestato dalla certificazione Oeko Tex. Una volta sviluppati i tessuti e i capi ritornano ai ciclisti professionisti, chiudendo il ciclo di innovazione, per essere testati nelle condizioni più estreme prima di essere effettivamente prodotti e immessi nel mercato.
All Nalini garments are entirely developed in Moa Sport facility in Italy: from design, spinning and yarn making to the final garment. Behind this stands the experience gained over 40 years working closely with professional riders together with the constant research in the Moa Lab, the technological lab is always able to conceive High performance and innovative technical solutions Moa Lab represents the heart of the factory, it captures all those input from pros and is able to adapt them on bulk production, developing new concepts and technologies that inspire our collections. Taking care about the quality of a final garment requires a particular attention in choosing the right yarn and manufacturing fabrics in order to perfectly meet any request in terms of weight, structure, composition and stretchability. An entire department for weaving makes Moa Sport a real example of integrated production factory, totally dedicated to the sport performance. A constant investment in well-advanced machinaries permits to offer hight-tech fabrics with low enviromental impact as guaranteed by Oeko Tex Certificate. Final garments once finalized return to professional riders for a global check in extreme weather conditions before being definetly produced and introduced to the market.

Moa Lab introduce con il progetto Integra una nuova visione nella progettazione dei capi da ciclismo, in cui funzionalità, confort, tecnicità e stile si integrano a vicenda. Ogni dettaglio è studiato nei particolari per eliminare il superfluo e rafforzare l’essenziale. Integra Bib Short è il prodotto icona di questa rivoluzione. Grazie al taglio anatomico studiato per la postura race, le cuciture non necessarie sono state eliminate: pantalone e fondello sono fusi in un unico inserto centrale che unisce due fibre nobili in un solo tessuto e allo stesso modo il silicone grippante è applicato direttamente al fondo del pantalone, senza la necessità di un ulteriore fascia elastica. Le bretelle sono fissate al pantalone con una termoincollatura piatta e, laddove inevitabili, le cuciture a 4 aghi assicurano in ogni caso il massimo confort.
With Integra project Moa Lab introduces a new vision in cycling garment design and assembling where comfort, technical solutions, features and design integrate accordingly. Every single detail has been focusing on removing excess whilst reinforcing what’s essential. Integra Bibshort is the icon product of this revolution. Thanks to its anatomical cut specifically conceived for a race position, any stitching in excess has been removed: pants and chamois merged together create one single central panel which is the fusion of two finest fibres in a unique fabric; at the same time gripping silicone is directly glued on leg’s end with no need to stitch any additional elastic band. A flat sealing fixes braces to the pants and where necessary, 4needle flat-lock stitchings ensure a maximum comfort.

La pratica del ciclismo è ormai diffusa anche tra le donne, e non sono poche quelle che ricercano non solo un semplice beneficio aerobico, ma anche prestazioni di livello sportivo ed agonistico. Agua Lady Bib short è un prodotto studiato appositamente per offrire un capo race al femminile, in grado di unire tecnicità, confort e praticità. Il doppio tessuto integrato nella zona di maggior pressione e il design minimalista del fondello coniugano funzionalità ed estetica, mentre la bretella, grazie alla possibilità di modificarne in modo semplice la posizione, è in grado di adattarsi alle diverse conformazioni e permette inoltre uno pratico sganciamento rapido. Le cuciture a 4 aghi al centro gamba e sui fianchi riducono al minimo l’impatto sulla pelle, così come il tessuto grippante a fondo gamba, che prevede anche l’inserto di fettucce rifrangenti per aumentare la visibilità e quindi la sicurezza.

I capi Full season di Nalini rispondono a queste esigenze, tanto più sollecitate dalla variabilità del clima anche all’interno di una stessa stagione, caratteristica dei nostri tempi. Moa Lab ha progettato e sviluppato dei capi che non solo sono utilizzabili per lunghi periodi dell’anno, ma riescono ad adattarsi al clima perché uniscono leggerezza, protezione e traspirabilità, favorendo la naturale termoregolazione corporea. Quando è freddo assicurano la giusta protezione termica e sfruttano il calore generato dal corpo, quando è caldo, viceversa, lasciano il corpo libero di traspirare e favoriscono il ricambio d’aria, assicurando il massimo comfort in ogni condizione, anche nel corso della stessa uscita.
Outdoor sports require garments able to suit to different atmospheric conditions and sudden climatic changes. Every cyclist have experience this feelings: going out early in the morning, then face the midday heat, riding along the hardest hills and descend to the valley at full speed, leaving with the sun and come back in the rain, training in every season and situation. Nalini’s full-season garments meet these needs, even more required by the sudden climate variability, something typical in our times. Moa Lab has designed and developed specific garments suitable for different periods of the year, which are able to perfectly adapt to the weather thanks to their light weight, breathable and protective properties supporting the natural body thermal regulation. By cold weather they ensure an optimal protection taking advantage on heating generated by the body, by hot weather they keep the body breathing enhancing air change, granting maximal comfort in every condition, even during the very same ride.

IT La particolarità di questo trattamento consiste nell’assicurare l’idrorepellenza mantenendo inalterata la traspirabilità del tessuto, superando quindi il limite dei tradizionali capi idrorepellenti, poco adatti ad un utilizzo in condizioni climatiche asciutte. I capi con trattamento Moa Nanodry possono essere indossati anche sotto il sole, garantendo però la massima impermeabilità in caso di condizioni climatiche avverse, e consentendo poi un’immediata asciugatura.
IT Il rivoluzionario trattamento idrorepellente respinge con effetto a perla non solo l’acqua, ma anche olio e fango che così non possono penetrare nelle fibre. In questo modo, non solo viene assicurata la massima protezione dagli agenti atmosferici ma anche la facilità di lavaggio e la durata del capo.

IT Coldblack® è uno speciale trattamento per tessuti che riduce l’effetto assorbente del calore sui tessuti scuri e garantisce una protezione minima dai raggi UV UPF 30, rendendone non solo possibile ma addirittura ideale l’utilizzo in estate, anche sotto il sole cocente.
EN Thanks to this treatment, the moisture generated through normal transpiration is quickly conveyed away, instead of being absorbed by the garment. The optimized synthetic fibre carries out constant evaporation and more effective heat exchange. The result is a sensation of freshness on the skin.
