Tippler Residences In the Arts Ditrict of Hinkly Commons, Benton Harbor, Michigan U.S, there is a large need for the revitalizingof the neighbourhood. The small parcel of land between a few small buisness owners and the train tracks can be used to develop housing, inviting both residents and potential work force to the in the area.

Creation Center: Andrews University Campus: Beyond the bike trails on the University’s campus lays a peach orchard with planty room for a facility that house students and creates the opportunity for them to relax and spend time in nature. Students of all disciplines and faculty alike would have a safe, quiet, and engaging place to study and pray.

In the captical City of Port of Spain, Trinidad, there are many homeless persons and street dwellers in need of a safe place to stay, hot meals, and many other neccessities that the regular citizen often takes for granted. The Creation Center offers a small but expandable church, a homework center children after school hours, a bookstore, resturant, and rehab center/shelter for troubled persons. Being in the middle of the country’s capital, the facilites also serve the general public, who partially fund the opperations of the project.
