laire Dembinski’s passion for selling Pocono Pines real estate ignited in the 1970s, when she was in high school and filling coffee cups during her summer job at what is now the Jubilee Restaurant. “Logan Steele, the developer of Lake Naomi, was a regular customer,” she reminisces. “Mr. Steele made an impression on me. He was a humble man who truly appreciated nature and quality”.

Claire knew she wanted to compliment his vision. As she looks out at the towering Pines outside her upstairs window at Dembinski Realty Company, she is grateful for the role models who have inspired her career as a Broker. In an era of mass marketing, Claire extols Dembinski as a “boutique company” that blends her “old school” philosophy of good service while specializing in the marketing and sales of homes in a top notch community she calls home. “My closing this past Monday is typical of what I love,” Claire says. “The buyer’s mother had been a client of mine back in the 1980s. My business depends upon personal referrals, too. I’m seeing the next generation finding the joy of investing in memories for their children and grandchildren.” Claire sees herself marketing her listings, a fine lifestyle and special memories. “And then there’s the thrill of clients who are shocked to discover our area,” she says, “the ones who say, ‘We didn’t know this area existed!’”

Claire doesn’t try to conceal her pride in her son Michael, who owns not only the Realty Company, but who has also launched the Media Group and Pocono Pines Real Estate Guide which tastefully promotes upscale products and reliable services. “My parents moved with me to this area in 1976,” Claire explains. “My career path took me into a metropolitan area and even working with a Fortune 500 developer, but the Pocono Pines area drew me back here, where my years of experience have provided unlimited opportunities to work exclusively in this area, and offer premium services in my own neighborhood.” “A good fortune” is how Claire describes her relationship with son Michael, as they now market not only homes in Lake Naomi but also those in Timber Trails and Pinecrest Lake Golf & Country Club.
