About Dynaway

Dynaway is a privately held independent software vendor with an exclusive focus on providing valuable solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics® AX platform for the discrete, process and mixed mode production environment.

The new warehouse is built as a direct extension to existing production facilities in Stoevring, Denmark, where SBS produces brake calibers, brake hoses, and clutches for cars and motorcycles. These products are now produced directly to order to be dispatched the same day from the new warehouse. This procedure optimizes the use of raw materials and storage space.

For example, it is possible to perform a number of specific refills, which means that it is possible to fill storage space with stock one at a time and not just full pallets, a feature also available in Dynamics AX. SBS in Stoevring was involved in developing the StockAgent warehouse solution, which was subsequently standardized to be used in any type of warehouse. “We wanted a solution that could ease the daily routines and minimize the risk of error at the same time, and it’s all there in the StockAgent solution. The intuitive interface is just an extra bonus, keeping the need for training new warehouse workers at a minimum”, concludes Tage Soeborg.
