With Fall right around the corner, we’re looking forward to the cooler weather, snuggling up in a blanket, and creating delicious treats and cocktails with seasonal ingredients. Most of you are familiar with our story of unique pieces crafted in Indonesia. Although it will always be an important place for Jeffan, we would love to introduce you to the place that we currently call home: Chattanooga, TN. 25 P O T T E RY Made from a mix of three different types of clay, our pottery pieces undergo a long process of soaking, pressing, and moulding by artisans. Once dried, each piece is glazed, then fired for 10 days to create their vibrant colors.

Chattanooga Whiskey now operates two distilleries: the Experimental Distillery, which is open for tours and tastings, and the Riverfront Distillery, where large scale production takes place.

CHATTANOOGA WHISKEY 91 OR CASK 111 VANILLA-FIG SYRUP ORANGE BITTERS ANGOSTURA BITTERS GARNISH: DEHYDRATED ORANGE Combine and enjoy.
VANILLA FIG SYRUP 4.5 CUPS SUGAR 4.5 CUPS WATER 25-30 DRIED FIGS (CUT IN HALF) 2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT Combine sugar and water in a saucepot, cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved completely. Add dried figs and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Using a fine strainer or cheesecloth, strain out figs and stir in vanilla extract. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate.
