Webb is the creator and current president of the International Cheer Union, the international regulating organization for cheering. The group, founded in 2004, has risen to prominence in the cheering business, servicing more than 7.5 million participants globally. The International Cheer Union is a certified worldwide nonprofit governing body and a proud Alliance of International Sports for Everyone member. Its purpose is to promote cheering as a sport. Webb is also the senior news editor and co-publisher of Human Events, a news and analysis magazine in Washington, D.C. It was founded in 1944 as a print newspaper, but in 2013 it became a digital-only magazine. Webb and Will Chamberlain, executive opinion editor, co-publish the website. Webb led Human Events' purchase of The Post Millennial, a Canadian online news magazine, in 2022.
