Established as a creative outlet some 14 years ago, Pony Rider has grown to become the adventure child of interior land and designer/producer/curator and advocator of a new conscious lifestyle. We get that creatives seek a balance between innovation and durability, adventurers refuel in nature, and homemakers value natural fibres and long-term items. We seek to love that less is more and make adventures, wherever they may be, feel like home.

We champion projects that aim to protect and preserve our National Parks. Our current project aims to expand the parks footprint. We raise funds via a percentage of profit from our apparel range, customer donations, brand partnerships plus charity events. Learn more about how it works.

Our first project targeted hut restoration in the Kosciusko Park. A key value of the National Project is to get people out and about in nature to fall in love and appreciate nature. Sustainability is a complex, intricate issue, and understanding it requires serious research and energy. For some of us, sustainability has to do with a brand’s environmental impact, while others focus on social justice or the support of economies.

Truthfully, for Pony Rider, sustainability is an overarching term that encompasses all of the above. We’ve come a long way down the sustainable road since our inception in 2009; and while we’re really proud of what we’ve implemented to date, we’ve also got a range of strategies in place for long-term change right across our business.
