Ingredients :
4 eggs, separated 50g sugar 125g flour 125ml milk 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of cinnamon 1 handful of dried, roughly chopped cranberries and 1 handful of chopped roasted almonds 60g butter icing sugar Who wants: 1/2 Peppermint Bar / Candy Cane, roughly tapped

How to do :
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degree convection. Provide two oven-proof pans (ie also with heat-resistant pan handle) (if you want to use the recipe for 2 persons and cut in half, you only need one pan)
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff, let 50g sugar slowly trickle in. Mix the yolks, milk, flour, salt and cinnamon. Add half of the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture, then add the second half of the stiff egg. Also chop the chopped cranberries quickly.
3. In the pans melt each 30g of butter. Divide the dough into both pans and allow to stand in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
