ACONDICIONAMIENTO AMBIENTAL EN VIVIENDA PRODUCTIVA ESTACIONARIA PARA LA COMUNIDAD DE PAMPA GRANDE EN TUMBES ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONING IN STATIONARY PRODUCTIVE HOUSING FOR PAMPA GRANDE COMMUNITY IN TUMBES DIANA ALFARO Y ALEJANDRO RODRIGUEZ
RESUMEN La vivienda productiva estacionaria hace uso de estrategias bioclimáticas a mayor y menor escala, con el objetivo de incrementar la productividad agrícola de la comunidad Pampa Grande en Tumbes, definiendo a la nueva ruralidad como el desarrollo regenerativo del entorno, sus elementos y sus recursos. Partimos del análisis patológico de la agricultura no tecnificada en productores minoristas, para luego identificar a la comunidad involucrada y brindarles los conocimientos técnicos para el adecuado manejo del recurso hídrico, emplazamiento y el manejo más propicio de los materiales. ABSTRACT The stationary productive housing makes use of bioclimatic strategies on a larger and smaller scale, with the aim of increasing the agricultural productivity of the Pampa Grande community in Tumbes, defining the new rurality as the regenerative development of the environment, its elements and its resources. We start from the pathological analysis of non-technical agriculture in retail producers, to then identify the community involved and provide them with technical knowledge for the proper management of water resources, location and the most propitious handling of materials.
