THE BRAND
• Designers of Modern Loyalty • What, How and Why • Earning it
DESIGNERS OF MODERN LOYALTY
IN THE MODERN ERA, LOYALTY SHOULD NOT BE BOUGHT THROUGH POINTS AND GIVEAWAYS; RATHER, LOYALTY SHOULD BE EARNED THROUGH CRAFTING EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCES THAT DIFFERENTIATE THE OFFERINGS THROUGH THE VALUE THEY PROVIDE. WE SPECIALIZE IN THE DESIGN OF THOSE EXPERIENCES AND HOW THEY FIT TOGETHER INTO DELIGHTFUL AND REWARDING CONSUMER JOURNEYS.
4
WHAT WE DO
We deepen the relationships between people, institutions and the world they live in.
HOW WE DO IT AND WHY
By identifying, crafting, and delivering experiences that provide meaningful value.
Because we’re a shop that believes modern loyalty is earned not bought. 5
EARNING IT Earning it demands we bring together four worlds.

THE GREEN STONE SIGNATURE

NOT JUST A MARK Bringing Together Art and Science An exploration the idea of making a symbol that felts multidimensional, complex and simple but at the same time, using the letters from the name to create a bold monogram symbol. G and S naturally fell like they could be combined because of the shapes, and thought the combo creates some interesting shapes and negative space that supported the idea of being complex but still simple in form. The mark is a nod to the idea of a “stone without being too literal, and that’s where some of the color shading to create the dimension came in.

PRIMARY TYPOGRAPHY Gotham celebrates the attractive and unassuming lettering of the city. These letters are straightforward and non-negotiable, yet possessed of great personality, and always expertly made. Gotham is that rarest of designs, the new typeface that somehow feels familiar. From the lettering that inspired it, Gotham inherited an honest tone that’s assertive but never imposing, friendly but never folksy, confident but never aloof. The inclusion of so many original ingredients — a lowercase, italics, and a comprehensive range of weights — enhances these forms’ plainspokenness with a welcome sophistication, and brings a broad range of expressive voices to the Gotham family.

SECONDARY TYPOGRAPHY Only to be used in digital applications when Gotham may not be available. The Arial typeface is one of the most widely used designs of the last 30 years because of its versatility. Arial is easy to read at large and small sizes and in a variety of applications and has been a staple screen font for decades.
