Small businesses of all sizes and business types seem to be getting the message that online video can help boost engagement and turn viewers into customers. Viewbix's survey of SMBs found some methods perform better than others.

Which engagement method is more likely to take, social media or website? Without question, engagement rates for videos shared through social media are higher than videos simply hosted on a company’s website.
