eSMART equipped the largest eco-friendly neighborhood in the French part of Switzerland. Half way between Geneva and Lausanne, Eikenott, as it is called, spreads over 80,000 m2. The project involves 450 dwellings built on the Minergie-ECO standards. The neighborhood is a visionary concept focusing on social and environmental responsibility.
