Awaken Your Senses with Chi Kung – Join Now Chi Kung, as we gather, is known to be a powerful holistic system of coordinating and energizing the body via body movements, breathing and meditation, used for good health, spiritual awakening and martial arts training. It’s an ancient Chinese technique. It is also called as Qigong. The basis of this word is nurturing the life. It involves exercises that work for the betterment of one’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being. It balances the chords between all of these domains of our life. The Chinese archeologists date it back to 5000 years old. No wonder people then lived long, healthy lives.

Chi Kung is taught at various centers all over the world. It includes two types of practices, Wai Dan (External Elixir) that involves physical movement and concentration and Nei Dan (Internal Elixir) that involves sitting meditation and visualizing. A Chi Kung Practitioner exercises on both these techniques. The moving ones involve exercises similar to yoga, and the still ones involve meditation and guided visualization. These activities aid in keeping you fit, in all ways possible.
