HOWWILLYOURPOLICYWORK?
• Parents can purchase cover for their children aged 3-19 throughout the policy period (28th September 2023 to 27th September 2024). This can be done by accessing the registration link at https://yallacompare.com/uae/en/youth-pa and submitting the student’s details (You'll need to complete a form for each childrequiring cover). You’ll then receive a Payfort secure payment link. Once your payment is made, you'll receive your child'scertificate on the same day,as well as a useful guide to the cover includinginformation about claiming,helpful points of contact, exclusions and other important detailsabout the policy.
• The geographical scope of cover is UAE, the listed sports will be covered within the UAE whether you are participatingin a match,or training,for a School, or a Club. Cover outside the UAE is excluded.
• All claimswill be covered on a reimbursementbasis. Covered claims will be paid within 14days following the Insurer’s receipt and acceptance of all original documents (see page 4 for further details).
• Players will be able to claim 100% of the actual invoice(s) up to the annual policy limit,and they will only be required to pay a AED 500 excess per claim.
HOWCANISUBMITACLAIM?
For injuries sustained during participationin any of the covered activities,members must notify us within 3 days via our dedicatedinbox: youthpa@yallacompare.com. Please include the following in your notification:
✔ Student’s name and certificatenumber, their passport copy and visa page, and EID copy
✔ Nature of injury
✔ Date and place of accident
✔ Completed Claim form signed by the member or parent. A copy of the reimbursement claim form can be found on the following page: https://yallacompare.com/uae/en/youth-pa
✔ Clinic/hospital receipts together with Doctor’s Prescription for and treatment referred including MRIs, X-rays, physiotherapy etc.
✔ Medical report detailing history, diagnosis and prescribed course of treatment
✔ Reports for any MRIs, X-rays etc.
• You MUST retain all original copies of documents. These will be required by Salama to process your claim following your initial notification.
