INITIAL FINDINGS & RESEARCH RESEARCH SUMMARY
As the approaching generation z population is moving closer to the workforce certain steps must be made to adapt to the new “work/life” balance. With this multi purposeful space, the incoming generation z population will have the ability to stay, work, and socialize all within one communal space.

Why Austin? It is the biggest destination to move to after graduation for three years and counting. The Austin culture is youthful, creative, and full of color with a western flare. The site will be placed just 4 blocks away from the entertainment district and right in the center of the downtown corporate district.
