In this project the client, is Intermusia, an international classical music agency and inspiring creativity. They enable the world’s most talented artists to realise their full potential. Representing conductors, instrumentalists, singers and composers, tour orchestras internationall and develop award-winning projects.

Royal Academy of Music Museum For my experimentation, I used pictures of instruments from the Royal Academy of Music Museum and self-portraits taken by me. I went for typography and double exposure effect. I applied this composition to contrast the emotions someone can have whilst listening to a live orchestra. Whereas typography-wise illuminates the positive vibes.

Started with selected categories, the once that I wanted to research in-depth ending with three: music sheets, instruments and flowers. Had to state their important facts and roles they have in music as a general concept. Continuing the research by analysing a set of artists whom I have been inspired, taking a trip to the Royal Academy of Music Museum to take pictures. Designating the pictures into technical, skills and themed as the artists that I researched. Applying my beliefs and thoughts.

narrative project WHAT IS A NARRATIVE?
A narrative is an image, whether is personal to you or someone else’s story. AIMS FOR THE PROJECT 1. Narrative photography - including photo manipulation 2. Short film or gifs 3. Analysis of artists
Out of all the projects that I have done this is one of my favourite projects that I have ever been able to relate and able to produce the amout of art. The idea of being able to speack through my art, with the inspirations from artists that I look up to, is an amazing feeling.
research HOW HAS ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CHANGED THE WAY NARRARIVES ARE MADE OR CREATED? Adobe Photoshop began on the 19 February 1990. It was developed in 1987 however Photoshop 1.0 was released in 1990 for Macintosh exclusively. Which can mean that whilst the years went by, it was more convenient to use photoshop rather than contributing/using the narrative part.
Looked into different artists such as Daisuke Takakura, Etienne Buyse and Sean Mundy, choose one of their work-pieces and write about what I think about their art, in terms of ‘what story is being told...’ Had to choose one of the artists to research, analysis, in a further context, ending up choosing Edward Honaker.
Experiencing depression and anxiety felt like being at war with his brain. Six years ago he was diagnosed with depression however after realising what was actually wrong with him at that moment it was two years after that Honaker began to understand what was going on in his mind. That’s when he reached for his camera to turn his emotions into something tangible. The result is a series of self-portraits that capture his personal experience with depression.

ACT I This series is me showing how depression or anxiety can be go undercontroled and not being able to stop the voice’s or pressure.
ACT III Whereas for this series I’m able to relive myself and able to smile again, as for before I was gaught between a hard and good place. A reflection of how happy I can be.
BOOK COVER: MY LIFE STORY Done this design for one of my outcomes, a constructive feeling that been fed up with my closed emotions and I thought that I should visualise this emotions into my art work. The background has a strong visual of bright colours which can correlate with the emotions I was feeling back then.
