SWAGE WHAT IS SWAGE?
Swage is a brand new company in the hospitality industry that has revolutionised a new software for restaurants in which customers can more accessibly order, call waiters, and pay their check right from their table in the most convenient way possible - enhancing the overall customer experience for the benefit of the restaurant. Swage will be hosting their very first annual internal convention which will be made up of the founders of Swage as well as the newfound employees of this exciting new company.
SWAGE THE SWAGE SUMMIT When it comes to corporate events some of the most imporant objectives are: Motivation, Information, and Persuasion. First we start with the motivation- which we need to build team-spirit and corporate pride, which are the true objectives behind the event. It will be the first time the entire staff will be together. Joining this new company, the audience will be motivated to learn more for a position they have already applied to. For information, we will be revealing shocking news and current updates we have present and will repeat basic ideas as much as we need to. We will have a main message in which we will make the convention slogan. However, we also won’t risk presenting information that is too confidential just yet. We won’t be there to give lessons but rather inform the audience about the company and the best way to represent it. We will persuade our audience to stay engaged by having a balance of speeches, content, and activities. Since we have to treat our audience as if they are newbies we will avoid tables and graphs and instead explain things in the simplest forms. We will avoid Powerpoint but instead engage in practical and inspiration talks. The way the agenda is scheduled is purposefully done in a way where the audience interest and enthusiasm grows.
