LM EDIZIONI CORPORATE IDENTITY “LM Edizioni” is a publishing house dedicated to the publication of ancient, modern, and contemporary literature, which seeks a modern graphic design and aims at a wide target ranging from 18 to 60 years. The idea and development of the branding project, therefore, focused on a simple but well-defined style, recognizable and suitable for such a wide age range. The simplest solution is often the most effective, simplicity helps the design be more versatile. Adopting a minimalist approach enables the logo to be used across a wide range of media, such as on business cards, billboards, pin badges, or even a website favicon. Simplicity also makes the design easier to recognize, so it stands a greater chance of achieving a timeless, enduring quality. full project here

BELLAROBA KOSMETIK CORPORATE IDENTITY The Bellaroba Corporate Logo consists of two elements, the logo symbol and logo type. The logo symbol aims to give a powerful image that evokes Femininity and Identity. The symbol is the center of the logo. Three women, a surname. A female profile that emerges in the negative space of the letter B, Bellaroba. Bellaroba is a family-run brand, where love and passion for work make you feel at home. The Logo Type has been carefully chosen for its modern and at the same time refined style, highly readable, which has been further enhanced by the use of upper case letters. The typeface is Montserrat regular and has also been chosen to compliment and balance perfectly with the logo symbol. full project here

CHARACTER DESIGN CHILDREN ILUSTRATION When you draw for school books, everything you represent must reflect the reality of things. However stylized it may be, the represented reality must be precise, as well as for clothes, boats, buildings etc… Drawing to know. This is the goal of a scholastic designer. We all remember the illustrations in our old school books, often the illustration in this field has been neglected from an aesthetic point of view. With these exercises I tried to bring the textures and warm environments of a life in the countryside. I believe that an important part of our work as illustrators is to show that our characters exist and move in a real world full of sensory experiences. Specificity of setting is essential, and conjuring particular weather is a powerful way to draw readers into a scene.

Hecate was one of several deities worshiped in ancient Athens as a protector of the Oikos, alongside Zeus, Hestia, Hermes, and Apollo. She was also regarded with (some) rulership over earth, sea, and sky, as well as a more universal role as Savior, Mother of Angels, and the Cosmic World Soul. She is variously associated with crossroads, entrance-ways, night, light, magic, witchcraft, knowledge of herbs and poisonous plants, ghosts, necromancy, and sorcery.

props design Tools Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Year 2019

My attention to detail is not limited to the design field. When I create illustrations, I like to emphasize characters with details. The study of props makes each illustration more characterized and unique. Tables, chairs, doors, lanterns... all seem so insignificant by themselves. But mixed together, they create the world and eventually help to sell imaginary reality. Props and clothing can help emphasize character traits and their background. For example, shabby clothes can be used for poor characters and many diamonds and jewelry for the tasteless rich. Accessories can also be more literal extensions of your character’s personality, such as a parrot on a pirate’s shoulder or a worm in a ghoul’s skull. A warrior’s sword can be the symbol of the character’s military glory. In the following props, I wanted to emphasize the textures and materials of the Roman gladius, imagining its thousand battles.

Motion design Tools After Effect, Illustrator, Procreate. Year 2020

Motion design is a container for visual compositions that change over time. A graphic designer understands how to create harmony in a single image, whereas a motion designer creates harmony across a sequence of images. This sequence of images is translated into motion by an animator or team of animators when a project moves into production. The designer’s job is to create a unified visual style for a project. They also establish visual hierarchies that direct the viewers’ focus. A motion design piece without a strong designer will at best have elegant movements. More than likely, it will fail to connect with viewers and fail to communicate effectively.

PERSONAL PROJECT

THE LINE

“The line“ is a short-animated video I made for a personal project. The aim of this video is to talk about the difficulty of time management and how deadlines are thigh in a freelancer’s life. I really enjoyed making this short video because, however exaggerated, I’ve felt represented in my work routine. Working as a freelancer can be really hard, especially if you’re a beginner. In addition to developing and growing your business, you’re also looking for new customers, managing them, providing your services, dealing with invoices, building your brand, updating your social media networks, etc. Time management is perhaps the biggest obstacle that most freelancers face in their day-to-day lives. The truth is, there is no secret formula that will make you productive with a snap of a finger, it is all up to you. But it doesn’t hurt to think about how to improve on those things. Left

PERSONAL PROJECT

CHI NASCE TONDO... “Chi nasce tondo...“ is a short animated video, based on a famous Italian saying, designed to go beyond stereotypes with irony. “Chi nasce tondo, non pò mori quadrato” Means literally “who is born round, cannot die square” I made this short film because I think everyone has the right to be what they want, regardless of how they are born.

User interface is designed to allow humans to control machines effectively and efficiently, and good UI should make the interaction between the user and the product as smooth, effortless and enjoyable as possible. The UI not only focuses on the aesthetics but also maximizes responsiveness, efficiency, and accessibility of a website. An interface is a point where a users interact with the website they’re using. UI is a main part of building an engaging website, and a good design helps improve conversion rate. A good User Interface design presents a seamless blend of visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.

DOMO

I started this project by analyzing competitors, thinking about the flow of users and trying to create a simple and intuitive design that meets the needs of users. The main problem with many home automation apps is the unclear design that confuses users. One of its objectives is to facilitate user access to technology. Speed up but also customize your devices. The homepage contains most of the actions and features, including a stylized 3d model of the house that allows you to immediately see the

On the homepage we also find the button “start a routine” and the button “explore rooms”. The first allows the user to create custom routines so as to speed up the customization of the rooms. The second instead allows us to view all the active devices and statistics of each room.

Millions of animals are currently in the shelter and foster homes awaiting adoption. The goal of this application is to connect more individuals with pets in their local area, with the hopes of reducing the number of euthanized animals. The aim was to design an experience that would help connect people looking for a new pet and help potential adopters to find a pet that fits their lifestyle and also promote pets adoption.
