SEASONAL ALLERGY Seasonal allergies, also known as "hay fever" or seasonal allergic pollinosis, are allergy indications that happen during different times of the year, conventionally when outdoor molds release their spores, and trees, grasses, and weeds liberate tiny pollen particles into the air to impregnate other plants.


The most common types of things that stimulate allergies in dogs are food, flea bites, and vulnerability to environmental allergens, like pollen. Symptoms may include sneezing, coughing, a runny or stuffy nose, and itching in the eyes, nose, mouth, and throat.



SYMPTOMS OF SEASONAL ALLERGIES Seasonal allergies predominantly occur at certain times of the year. A few of the usual causes of seasonal allergies include dust, dust mites, pollen, grass and flea bites. As we all know that dogs expunge themselves ever so often, but the biggest sign of allergies is when your dog is obliterating more than usual or has developed hives or blistered skin in certain areas.


Common dog allergy symptoms to look for include: itchy, runny eyes itchy or red ears, or frequent ear infections sneezing red, irritated skin hair loss large, open sores around feet constant licking swollen paws

An intradermal comparative skin test, in which a small number of test allergens are injected under your dog’s skin, can help pinpoint the problem of average to severe allergies. Jessica Valpied says 70 percent of dogs have a good outcome after a year of shots.


 Fatty

acids: Omega-3 fatty acid additives like fish oil can help stiffen the skin’s barrier, reduce redness, and can be helpful for all types of allergies excluding to chronic issues including skin, joint and cardiac problems.  Antihistamines: The same over the antithetical antihistamines that people take can be given to dogs to help decrease itching.


 Steroids:

Severely uncomfortable Dogs may need a steroid which can quickly diminish itching. In this case, the dogs should receive regular blood and urine testing if he is taking steroids on a long-term basis.  Flea control and prevention: It’s common for dogs to have an allergic reaction to flea saliva, which can cause itchy spots and red jerks toward the tailpiece of his body.
