Pulse (draft) By Jesus Torres Episode no. 1

She is sitting on the bed looking at some of the pictures that hung on her mirror, suddenly she remembers her first loss. A death, which in her opinion, was not worth mourning for. This man was kind enough to try to explain what reality is and he woke up to it when he lost the person he loved the most. But her thoughts didn’t dwell on it at the moment and instead she helped the others to take the life of said man. By now all that’s left is the petty she feels for him, yet the sense of accomplishment. Anakly suddenly hears the loud scream of her brother following by the screams of her parents. Rushing to the living room she sees only a remnant shadow. The blur of the creature flying away. She couldn’t believe it, the killer of her team and many others was in her presence. Anakly sees the blood on the walls dripping down and as she turns and her already big eyes opened widely and on the floor lies the body of her family. Mourning the death of her loved ones. She breaks. Sob after sob and tear after tear, her face wrinkles like a towel when its water it’s being squeeze out of it, until it’s completely dry. She now mourns over the corpses of her parents. Crying so intensely she can barely catch her breath and maybe even dead herself. Her tears run down her cheek, watering her mouth just like a waterfall. Her bloodshot eyes burns from the vast emptiness she now feel. Anakly then knew she was wrong about everything she said about her parents and realized she took them from granted. She fell down on her mother’s corps from the agonizing pain she’s feeling. She never understood this pain until this very moment where her hands are now warm with the recent spilled blood of her family’s body and yet she feels as cold as her dad’s corps. Anakly raises her head only to realize that the blood on the wall vanished. Now, her comprehension of the words of the man she helped kill, echoes through her mind and the thought of understanding what he meant scared her the most. Wanting control back, with agonizing anger and pain, her vengeful will now drives her to terminate the unknown killer.
