All formwork shall be used in accordance with AS 3610 and manufacturer’s specification.

All concrete shall be mechanically vibrated in accordance with AS 3600. Concrete properties are transported to site and mix on site to make sure concrete is fresh. The compounds of concrete mixture shall comply with AS 3799. Concrete shall be graded with specified strength in accordance to AS 1379. SLUMP test is necessary for concrete to determine its preperty in relation to its consistency. This concrete testing shall comply with AS 1012.3.1-1988.

All timber frame including bracing shall comply in accordance with AS. 1684

INTERNAL FLOOR FINISHES:

BORED PIRE Design and installation of bored pire is covered under Australian Standards AS2159-2009. 400MM diameter bored pire is installed with with 3000MM spacing between each perimeter. The hole is in the depth of 8000MM.

DOWN PIPE Down pipes are designed followed NCC Volume Two (Part 3.5.3). Down pipes are part of a roof drainage system. Down pipe is designed to have 90MM in diameter. One downpipe must serve no more than 12M. The downpipes are set mostly 10M apart in this drainage system.
